A place where you don’t have to perform.

Therapy isn't about fixing what's wrong with you.
It's about understanding yourself more deeply.
Together, we'll explore your experiences, relationships, patterns, and the things that may be keeping you stuck.
You don't need to know exactly what you need before you begin.
You can come with a problem.
A question.
A feeling that something isn't right.
Or simply the sense that you're ready for something to change.

I take a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I want you to feel comfortable showing up as yourself, without the pressure to have everything figured out.
Together, we'll work to understand the experiences that have shaped you, recognize patterns that may no longer serve you, and explore new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I believe meaningful change begins with curiosity, not judgment. My role isn't to tell you who to be or what your life should look like. It's to help you develop the self-awareness and self-trust to figure that out for yourself.

I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, relationships, identity, career transitions, codependency, and process addictions.
Whatever brings you to therapy, my goal is to create a space where you can be honest about where you are and curious about where you want to go.
Most importantly, I want therapy to be a place where you don't have to perform, prove yourself, or be anything other than who you are.
No performance required. Just you.
