KELLY BENINI

Benini graduated from the Bandier Program at Syracuse University in 2014, during her time there she was the concert director for student programming board, University Union. There she booked the likes of Travis Scott, twenty one pilots, Kendrick Lamar, Macklemore + Ryan Lewis, Ke$ha, Zedd among many others. After graduating she headed straight to California to work for Creative Artists Agency. She started at the bottom in the roles of intern, ticket counts clerk, and music contracts. After 5 months post-grad she found herself working for the head of music and managing partner Rob Light ('78) where she supported clients such as Stevie Wonder, Ariana Grande, Beyonce and more. In 2018, she was brought on by top 40 pop and country hit producer busbee (Maren Morris, Carly Pearce, P!nk), to help grow his company, working with clients such as Carly Pearce (Big Machine), Ryan Griffin, Conor Matthews (Warner Records), Lindsey Lomis (Warner Records) and Riley Roth. In August 2021, Benini accepted a role as the Artist Relations Manager at two-way live streaming platform Applause, where she was knee deep in artist programming with one of the initiatives being two weekly series highlighting three emerging artists called "Live From My Living Room" and “Heard it Here First”. She expanded her experience by working for leading golf entertainment company, Topgolf, leading the VIP relations and entertainment marketing initiatives by bringing in Simu Liu, Terry Crews, Schoolboy Q, Sylvester Stallone, Jeremy Zucker, among many others. After a layoff in Summer 2023, Kelly reflecting and felt called to go all on on her passion for helping others full-time. What that looks like today is Kelly working as a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee for Antioch University Counseling Center, attending her Masters program with an estimated graduation of 2024, and working as a mental health clinical assistant for Paradigm Treatment in Malibu, CA. She looks forward to becoming a California Licensed Clinical MFT in the years to come.
